The Truss Group, Trevor prides himself on

and professionalism. Trevor is an expert NYC real estate broker in
the 75-acre, Trump Place - Riverside South development on Manhattan's Upper West
Side,
where he has resided for the past decade. Real
estate finance is one of Trevor's strengths. He has a thorough
understanding of the many different types of mortgage products
available, from straightforward 30-year fixed loans, to the wide variety of ARM products, to creating customized seller financing
arrangements. Trevor purchased his first Manhattan apartment in 1997, and as a NYC real estate broker since 2003, has negotiated numerous sale and rental deals for his clients in condos and co-ops alike. Prior to calling Riverside Boulevard home, Trevor lived on West 72nd in a co-op where he served as President of the Board for several years. Trevor is also a proud alum of
Middlebury College in Vermont.
